IAPPM Greater China maintains a strict confidentiality policy on all personal data submitted by online users and IAPPM Greater China will not release such information to anyone without the prior consent of the online users.

Purpose For Collection Of Personal Data

Personal data submitted by the online users will be used for the sole purpose of assisting online users to enhance their project management knowledge, such as providing them with information on seminars, talks, courses or newsletters etc.

Transfer of Data

The personal data of online users will only be transmitted and disclosed to Corporate Sponsors/Clients of IAPPM Greater China who have made specific requests for such data only if and when the online user has given consent.

Access

An online user is entitled to access to his/her own personal data (subject to prior confirmation of identity) kept with IAPPM Greater China and may edit or amend such personal data at any time.

Retention of Personal Details

Subject to legal requirements, the personal data of the online user will be retained by IAPPM Greater China after deactivation of the Service until the online user formally requests IAPPM Greater China to erase his/her own personal data from the database.
The online user can delete his or her own personal data at any time via the My Profile section of our website.
